Hi all,

We are planning build our application using MSBuild,
I would appreciate if some one can provide some useful links to it..

A Google search is your best starting point.

So far, I think that NAnt has more/better tool support. But MSBuild is gaining ground.

If I were planning for a project to span the next year, I would go with NAnt/NUnit over MSBuild/MSTest. And then reevaluate again.
