On occassion I receive an error pop up that reads:
MSBLNetConn:msmsgs.exe Application Error
The instruction at "0x68899a56" referenced memory at
"0x01b30424". The memory could not be "read".
Click okay to terminate the program.
I click okay and all seems fine.
I'm quite sure it has to do with the Microsoft messenger program that loads on start up. If I move my cursor over the task bar icon of the messeger program, it disappears.
I realize that I am borderline with processor speed for XP with a 333mhz. I currently have 196megs of Ram. Low for what I have been reading in this forum!
I must say however, Xp with my antiquated system is still far more stable than 95 and 98se ever was. My programs seem to load fast. No lock ups and my cable modem seems to work better than ever.
Do you think that I suddenly have a Ram issue or should I find a way to uninstall and reinstall the messenger program.
BTW, I did a clean install of XP a month ago and just the other day began getting the error.
Thanks
