MSB19G - Select Review Option, But Sheets Still Print

Our Materials person fires off this MSB19G and selects the 'Review' option and the sheets are actually printing anyway. I'm thinking that this must be hardcoded in some setup file or something. Does anyone have any idea where I might begin looking to find this culprit?

The following applies to MIMS 4.1:

I believe the medium is hard-coded in msb17g as 'P' (print)before the call to MSR17H. In paragraph 99950-SUBMIT-BATCH-REQUEST SECTION, the medium is set to P and the printer to the user's printer, ignoring the values from the msb17g request.

This is quite inappropriate. I suggest you raise a work order with Mincom and hope that you do not get the reply that "It's working as per design", and if you do, you still have a strong case for your point.
