msadc 8144 even though i have 512 RAM and 1024 Swap

MSADC keeps crashing when it goes to replicate giving me 8144 event. MS says that I dont have enought RAM or a big enought swap but with 512 Ram and 1024 swap I don't see how this could be the problem.

A swap file of 1GB? Used to be said that the swap file should be RAM + 50MB for Exchange servers.

Have you tried reinstalling the Exchange ADC?

Could be a memory leak, or some other process could be hogging the memory. Check you process counters.

Install latest SPs for Windows and Exchange and restart.
