Hi,

Does anyone know how to edit an attached Access database through Access forms in AutoCAD Map2000. I wish to digitize a block on the drawing and have a MS Access form pop-up to populate the attached database. The form will have a series of drop down boxes with default values in it - populated by a database. Is there a way to set-up Map2000 and digitize interactively with a customized Access database (which contains all the possible attributes for a line or block in a form)?

Thanks in advance.
Regards,

As far as ACCESS is concerned I only know the reverse way: you can integrate any AUTOCAD file into an ACCESS table (without bloating the database!!!!) and control Autocad (or any Autocad viewer) from ACCESS. The software's name is "Autocad! With ACCESS" and description can be found on SWREG or ("Powerups"-section).
