I am setting up an MSA2000, connected to a blade enclosure. I am trying to figure out how to make a shared volume that any computer on our domain can access, but there doesnt seem to be a way to do this?

The only computers I can give access to volumes are the computers connected via Fibre Channel in the blade, and I do this via World Wide ID's.

So, how do I create a shared network volume???

put a nas gateway in front of your MSA box.Or attach the SAN volume to a server, and let the server play fileserver. If the nas functionality is not built into the MSA, you will need to use 1 of the above methods.

kind rgds,

Like RMGBELGIUM said, the MSA is just a SAN, it's not a file server. If you want to create a share, then you'll need a file server to share that space. That space can be space carved from the SAN, but the SAN alone cannot do this.
