None of my clients are reporting that this update is missing with MS SMS. But when I run windows update manually, windows detects it is missing.
I've got the latest mssecure cab file (and xml) and MS04-013 is listed, but the xml information of this update is much shorter than the other updates (MS 04-014 has lots more info).
Anyone else with the same problem ? It looks to me this mssecure cab file isn't correct (as far is I can see
).
