Using Office XP and Adobe Writer & Distiller 5.0. Taking a one-page Word doc that has text, an eight-row, eight-column table and an inserted .bmp (which is in a text box) and converting to PDF. PDF loses the image - sometimes. It actually flashes sometimes, then disappears.
Thinking it's a layering issue, I moved the textbox in Word to "in front of text". Moved the image "in front of text" and "Send to Front". Changed the text box to a frame and did all this again. Used Writer and Distiller. Image still disappearing - sometimes.
Word doc is created with an in-house template. Other template-created docs with images have no problems. Just this one. Some word files are 30+K, some are 3+K. File size doen't seem to make a difference.
This is a conversion prompted through script (no user intervention). Any layering properties in Adobe to force images or graphics to the top?
