MS Word Temp Files Over Network

I need some help on one of my file servers when a document is opened over the network creates the temp file in the usual way but dose not delete the temp file when the document is closed. This Dosnt seem to be permissions or a service pack issue. The temp file seems to be in use for a while after closing the document can anyone help me out.

Although you have mentioned that this does not seem to be a permissions issue, may I ask if the user has Deletion Rights on the network share? -Radix lecti

The share permissions are set at everyone full control
this also happens as a domain admin on the admin shares ?
