MS Word macro Help!!- Return the Size of a Frame with Text

Hi!
MS Word

I need a macro that return in 2 variables the size (width and Height) of a frame, with text inside, configured as autoSize(after converting from a textBox).
Should be possible, because if I select that frame and I choose the option "Exactly", MSword puts the values of
the frame in the dialog box
