I have a mail merge document (Word 97) and would like to run a macro on completeion of the mail merge. I'm looking for help with coding to make this happen.
Yes, that makes sense. This is the first time dealing with with Word macros and I wasn't sure about them. It seemed to wrk fine. Now I need to see about getting a button on the toolbar to run it.
Right click on blank portion of toolbar, Customize/Commands/Macros and drag the macro to the toolbar. If you want to shorten the name, right click on the button and type new name in "name" window.
