I am having this problem with MS Word 2003. I go into Envelopes and Labels to send my envelopes to the printer with Destination Address only. I clear out the Return Address field and when I exit and go back in the default profile address is still the return dress field. It is pulling from my Profile. I can get around by clicking omit,I'd like to clear the return address permanently. Thanks

Hi,
In Tools/Options, click on the User Information tab and delete the information in the mailing address window. That should clear it out.
