MS Word error caused by Power Designer

Since I started using PowerDesigner, the same day, MS word has been coming up with the message do i want to save word to req.dot

I know PD can export a word file for requirments but even when I PD open but not using this module it still pops up on the screen.

has anyone encountered this before, any solutions???
