MS Word and Notes Password

I've enabled MS Word (97) "Send To" to send e-mail from Notes (4.6.2a) and on 50% of the machines it works fine - on the other 50% it asks for the Notes password about 7 or 8 times before it lets you continue. I have tried with and without the "Share password" box checked. Anyone got any ideas?
