Hello all!
I have an issue with a few workstations at a location where the user will be working on a document in Word when the application will freeze. Other apps continue to run, so the computer does not crash, but Word freezes. The processor is not being pegged, nor does it look like memory is being overloaded. I have tried this even in safe mode, only to have it fail. Office has been reinstalled to no avail.
