Hi,

Our district is using Citrix in the classrooms. We have a farm and Office 2000 is being used. When a student tries to use the Word 2000's Resume Wizard he/she is prompted with a "not enough memory" message. Could this be a temp directory variable problem? And if it is, is there a solution to this?

Thanks,
cmoy

Can you give us more input? Does this happen at the 1st instance of execution? Is anybody able to execute this? What OS are you running? W2K + XPe, NT4 TSE + WF1.8, etc... -- Devil Dog --

Found the solution. The problem were corrupted users'temp folders on the server...ergo the "not enough memory" message because when the wizard starts, it tries to create a temp file in the temp folder.

Thanks Devildog for your input.
