MS Word 2000 crash on one user

I have a user that when he tries to open word 2000, it fails and sends a message to MS.

If I am logged in as anyone else, it works fine.

I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled it, but the same results.

I am sure that there is a .ini file or something that is corrupt, but can't seem to find it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I did try to find the error file, but it is never in the folder that is referenced.

Oh, He can open ecel and outlook....

Rename the user profile. Shutdown. Ask the user to logon as him/herself. You will need to copy favourites, templates, queries etc from the renamed (pro)file.
