MS VPN and PIX

A quick question for help:

Is it possible to configure VPN client IPs on Microsoft VPN server or on PIX525 for remote access authentication, that is, only specific remote host IP can access the VPN network?

(BTW, MS VPN server is behind PIX firewall.)
