MS VPN 2003 stops accepting connections

We setup a new VPN server on 2k3. Everything is fine and all is working until there are no users connected for more then an hour. Then users get an error 800 when trying to connect. The only thing that fixes the problem is a reboot of the server.

Anyone see anything like this? Any help would be great. I've done all I can think of short of calling MS.

Sounds like a bad NIC. I would change out the nic to test against hardware.
