MS Visc.Net Help problem

Recently, whenever I refer to the Help in my Vis C.Net, My whole system locks up for maybe 30 - 40 seconds, and I get a little e appear (the ie logo) on the bottom of vis studio.net in the status bar.

Anyone know how I turned this on, and how to turn it off again ?
