Ok Guys here it is in a nutshell! I’m a 65 year old man that has been working as a System Administrator for the past 6 years and I have about 20 years of PC and Networking experience. Started with DOS and other OSs if you know what I mean!!

I plan on retiring at the end of this year, after I merge two companies into one and setup a new Domain etc. What I what to know from everyone that wants to take the time to answer is what MS tests I should take? I’ve always wanted to do this but as you know there is always something that gets in the way. Why should I spend the money? I guess it’s like climbing the mountain, because it’s there. I just want to do it.

Give me some ideas on how to get this done.

seechance,

Assuming that the two companies that you're planning to merge are running Windows NT/2000/Server 2003 and that your plan to persue MS exams is related to this, then you left out one crucial detail.

What version of Windows do you need to be certified on? This will help us to suggest a certification path.
