MS-SQLserver JDBC set-up for Tomcat

I am new to web development.. I am trying to connect to MS-SQL server from my JSP page. I have installed the MS-SQLserver JDBC on the Windows 2000 server that runs Tomcat.
Can someone please let me know the changes I need to make on the Tomcat configuration for JDBC. I am not sure if we need to set classpath or change some properties file on Tomcat.
Any help will be much appreciated..
