Is there easy way to transfer table definitions from MS SQL to PSQL?

You should be able to script the MS SQL tables into a SQL file. That SQL file should be easily modified to run in PSQL. If you're wanting an automated way, you might look at the Actian Data Integration tools (

https://www.actian.com/data-integration/dataconnect-integration/).

You'll need to watch for data types that aren't supported by PSQL.
It's hard to give better suggestions without more specific information or questions.
