We're deploying an Application Service Provider solutions for a telco operator. We use MS-SQL 7.0 +SP2 in a clusterd environment. SQL Enterprise Manager console doesn´t allow you to create a view of a specific database without the need of explicit server registration.

When generating a specific msc file for a customer, you always get two windows, and one of them is the root connection to the SQL Server

In this way, every customer can list the existing databases on this server, as the default permissions to the guest role can´t be supressed. Listing database names is not desired as it reveals customer names supported on this ASP solution.

I need a console customized for every database that doesn't show shared strucutres
