MS SQL 2000 :: Determine date of last use 1

Is there a way to identify in SysObjects or some other T-SQL tool the last time a stored procedure, function, or user table was referenced/used/called ?

If you want to find out the modification date of SP then

select name,create_date,modify_date from sys.tables

Both were suggested by Denis Gobo.

That is specifically for SQL 2005 & SQL 2008.

I don't think it's possible to get this information from SQL 2000. I'd love to be wrong, though.

Do you have SQL Server 2000 around to try the second suggestion?
