MS SNA and Eicon P92 card

I have MS SNA and NW for SAA gateway on NW 3.2 servers.. the problem is that I can establish a link to host on 128k line speed on NW server but not MS SNA.. On SNA server, the maximum line speed is 64k.. Is it MS SNA limitation?<br><br>
