MS SERVER 2003 AT REBOOT LOSES SERVICES PASSWORD

I have a 2003 server that reboots periodically. When it does one of the SQL services that uses a user password to logon and start won't start without manually inputting the password each time it reboots.
Any suggestions?

Why does the server reboot, is that a scheduled task of some kind or is it a random reboot for an unknown reason?
