MS Script Debugger not showing running documents

When trying to debug code or even if browsing a web site that has errors, the Microsoft Script Debugger used to open up to step through. Now the window opens but does not show any code or show any documents running etc.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm running Windows 2000 Pro with both VS6 and VS.Net 2003 installed.
