MS Proxy Server 2 client config

I am looking for a method of pushing out the proxy client seetings to all the users web browsers without the users rebooting their machines, or even having any knowledge of it happening. Does anyone know of anything I can use??
I am using PolEdit to lock down the machines, but this needs the users to log back in when a change has been made
