MS Proxy Server 2.0 DOWNLOAD filtering???

Hello...is anyone aware of a way on MS Proxy 2.0 to allow authenticated NT 4 users access to any web site but to PREVENT them from downloading content....if they right-click and choose Save-As it would prompt for user name and password...likewise if they clicked on a "download Here' hyperlink or something it would prompt for credentials again. I have created two groups: "Internet Browse" and "Internet Download" and want to assign users to these groups as needed. However, I can find no way to specify access via HTTP:80 other than full access...

Any comments would be appreciated...

As I know there is a software Cyber Patrol Web Filter for Microsoft Proxy. And this softwrae has the possibility to restrict the access by file type.
