MS Proxy AND Web Proxy service

i currently have proxy 2.0 on an NT 4.0 server and the web proxy service under Internet Information Server / Microsoft Management Console keeps stopping every few minutes which kills my internet connection. has anybody seen this before or any ideas on whats going on or how to solve this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It should be generating events in the event log. Any?
I've seen it, but for varying reasons....

I have the same problem too but it doesn't seem to be generating anything relevant in the log. If you able to solve it, please help me too.
