MS Proxy 2.0 NT authentication IIS

Here is the problem. I am running a website(iis5), which is password protected using NT authentication. I have one site who must tunnel through a proxy server(MS proxy 2.0 on NT) to access the internet. Is there a way to configure the proxy server to let them say tunnel through without being proxied for that site. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Bypassing the proxy for that site is not an option as they must go through the proxy to get to the net.
