I use MS Projects 2007.

I have a requirement to send my Projects Files in Projects 2003 format. (this is not an issue)

I have data within my Project files that I do not want to be visible when I send my files nor do I want the reciever to be able to access certain columns. This data is needed in my files but the data is Proprietary and cannot be shared.

Is there a means to protect certain columns of data in MS Projects 2007?

Thanks,
Ray

Hi,

MS Project is not part of the MS Office Suite.
