MS Project - What have I done wrong?

Hi guys, I'm currently working on this project for University - I am a noob with MS project but was hoping for a small chance that anyone can tell me what I have done wrong? I have spent ages on it but just doesn't look right.... I just think the project finish date is way too late!

Any help/feedback will be much appreciated!

Hi,
Sorry I really can't read this well. Any chance you can zip the files and upload to your reply? A couple of hints I can share based upon the little bit I can see - you have all manually scheduled tasks and I see a fairly significant gap between 12 & 13. In a copy of the file, try setting your tasks to auto-scheduled.
