ISSUE:
Trying to create a multi task process by combining few taks together. How do I auto create a child task on the compleation of a parent task:

when we try to create a process by tasks creation (by MS Project Pro 2002) It emails all resources on their task at once without chekcing the status of each task. This creates a problem for our management as they spend a lot of time monitoring progress of each individual resource and creation of new tasks as they are required.

The Solution Sought:
We need to email each resource when their turn comes to perform a task; i.e. after a previous task by another (or same) resource has been completed. This way time and task mngt of resources could be centrally controlled.
Answer to the Following Questions Sought:

1. Would editing (Importing) Global Templates reflect this functionality?

2. Is there another way of resolving the issue?

Your input is highly appriciated.
