I started to use a tool called Webster...man...was it inflexable and complicated. The company that I was doing work for required a full time methodoligist to administer it. Far to much work, unless you have a full time recordkeeper and Project Manager. Very expensive too, pushing six figures I was told.

I've worked with AMS Projects and Resources. Complicated, very professional but overkill, usually. Primavera (as a product) is unknown to me; i've never used it. But it is said to be on par with MS Project. From a compatibility pov I would prefer MSP, perhaps not the best there is, but certainly the most widely used.
