Morning,

I have been reading everything I can find but so far I have not found a solution to my problem.

Essentially I am trying to produce resource analysis by team to identify any pinch point is might have in my resource so I can plan. I've set up the resource sheet with each team availability, and my Gantt chart shows shows the baseline work less available resource (work) to produce my variance. From this standpoint it's all fine, however, whenever I produce a report my work variance is always equal to my work and not what is displayed on the chart, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance
