I think MS Project would be an awesome program if I could figure it out. I can't print the report I want even when I customize it. I have several project imported into one project and when I print a report it doesn't show me all the project names or subcategories. I can't tell which task is for which project. A lot of the projects have the same task name .Any advise?

It's not clear if you're referring to one of the standard reports (View | Reports) or merely a View (View | Gantt or View | Resource Usage or ... well, you get the idea).

If the former, remember that you learned that a report consistes of a View and a Filter. Change the View to include the Project column.

If the latter then simply insert the Project column.

You can also create a new table and base your report on it (View, Tables, New ou edit).
Create the table with only the fields you want in your report.
