MS Project management templates for DWH

Hi,

I'm looking for a project template baseline for implementing an Inmon type DWH (top-down) project. The requirements are that it follow a Spiral methodology.

Can anyone help me find or put one together?

There's probably one in "Data Warehouse Project Management" by Adelman and Moss (the book comes with a CD), but I'm not allowed to copy from CD's or thumb drives on my work computer - company policy. Sorry.

I'm looking for a book/link strictly about DWH the Inmon way. My goal is to obtain an detailed, ordered listing of tasks necessary to complete an Inmon based DWH project.
Please let me know if you come across anything.

I think METH 5 or METH 14 in the Appendix of "Building The Data Warehouse" 3rd Edition by Inmon is probably a good foundation.
