Hello all,

I've heard, from a number of people, that there's a free MS utility that allows people to view MS Project files without having MS Project installed. I've not been able to find this however... If someone could point me towards it I'd be very grateful.

Mike

When working on any project the value of other people is exactly that - they are other people, with views that don't necessarily match yours. This mismatch, between their views and the view you've been contentedly assuming is right, is where that value lies.

The people you have heard from are wrong. The closest thing that MS offers is a Prj utility that makes it easier to prepare PowerPoint-formatted output.

There are several third-party viewers available. Google is your friend.

Hi,

Thanks, that's what I was beginning to think and yes, there are a number of 3rd party viewers - some of them free I see. If I have to evaulate and recommend one I'll post back here for others to see as well.
