Hello,

Can you please instruct how can I create a new project calendar, which I can later choose easily to apply for any future project schedules?

Basically, what I need is a calendar for 2016, that will have all public holidays marked as non-working days. Currently, every time I create a new project, I manually add such days. It would be way more efficient if I could choose an already created calendar, and apply it to any new project I'm creating.

What I've been trying so far was adding a new base calendar to the 3 predefined ones (24h, night shift, and Standard), but I was only able to add it for a current project. It is no longer there, when I start a new project.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards,
Przemek

Consider creating a custom calendar (click the "Create New Calendar" button). I'd enter all of the holidays you know - past 2016 - as far as you know the schedule. Then copy the custom calendar to the Global.mpt file using File > Info > Organize.
