I have a list of projects broke down into three sections.
Projects Completed
Projects active
Projects pending
Each one has a column that shows each projects value.
How do I show a subtotal of the value for each of these three sections?

How did you enter the value? If you've used a spare currency field to enter the values, go back to Custom Fields and select "sum" under the Calculation for task and group summary rows.

You need to indent the projects under each heading to make the headings a summary task. Then it should automatically add up the values for each summary task.

Julie, sorry to be a pain but how do I indent. Can not find a method for this? Just learning thanks for the tips.
