MS Project 2010 - Question on task length 1

I have a task that will only take 2 hours but my engineer will complete it within 3 days how do I reflect that within Project? Project show it as taking 3 days?

Set the duration as 3 days and temporarily set the task as fixed duration. Assign the engineer and enter 2 hours of work. Project will calculate the assignment units to spread the 2 hours of work out over 3 days. You can see the spread of work most easily in the Task Usage view.
