MS Project 2007 - Viewing / Sharing Export Maps

Hi,

I have created an export map (into Excel), and through Organiser have ensured it exists in the Global.mpt version and the file version of the project plan.

Others still cannot see the export map though (i.e. does not appear in their list of available maps from the project plan) when they use the export('Save As')wizard in MSP.

What other issues could cause this please?

The other users will have to copy the Export Map from your project into their Global.mpt file using the Organizer. Each Project user has their own Global.mpt file in their user's directory.
