MS print server spooler - identifying jobs

We are trying to track down a culprit sending 1.X G (yes, Gigabyte) files to printers on the network. We have approximately 70 printers on this dedicated print server, and are able to see the jobs only by watching the spooler.

Does anyone know how to use the files that pass through the spooler to identify what printer/user/location is sending the information??
