Do you have the latest service release for MS Outlook 97 and/or MS Office 97? Have you tried uninstalling/re-installing Outlook? What version of Windows are you running? troy_underwood@owfg.com

sometimes this happens in Exchange due too a corrupt e-mail which needs to be deleted from the server or from any outside e-mails
