MS Outlook will not remember password - area is grayed out

Try this article in the meantime, but if it doesn't help, let us know if this is CW or IMO (Help-About Microsoft Outlook. Right below the "..outlook 2000...", it'll say Internet Mail Only or Corporate Workgroup. Brainbench MVP for Microsoft Word

Hi, thanks for the tip, but it didn't helped, it is the Microsoft Mail tab, when you go to tools, services, Microsoft Mail, under properties, and than the log on tab.
It was working, all I did was closing MS-Outlook, opened it back up and it asked me for the password, and I could not check the box "when logging on, automatically enter password"
Any other ideas.
