MS Outlook - Task - Custom Forms

I have designed a custom form in MS Outlook - Task - Would ilke to use this custom form as a template for arnother 50 tasks

Have tried to publish facility but does not save after I close and re-open each respective task ,in which I have attempted to save it.


Please Help
