Hi,
I have groups of different divisions put in calendar events on our public calendar. Funny thing is that people do not know or realize that they put in an event that would overlap another event. We can only have one event at a time. I did some googling and came across a software that would monitor that public folder and send an email to notify of an overlap, but I lost the link to it and couldn't find it. I know in office 2000, it has a feature to warn you about an overlap appointment. We are using 2003.
Anyone has ever come across this or have any suggestions?
thanks!
