Hi,

I use two accounts in my outlook email client, one for personal use and one for professional use. By default I send the messages with my personal account, but I would like outlook to prompt me which account I want to send the message with when I hit the "send" message.

Does anybody know if this is possible?

Thanks in advance,
Fran

NO.

If you want to make sure you don't send from the wrong account, you will need to split the Profile, one for each account.

Which version of Outlook are you using? In Outlook XP on up you can choose which account you want to send from. You don't get a prompt but you can choose from a drop down list next to the send button.
